“How Can We Help You?”
The City of Moose Jaw provides programs and services to our residents, and it’s our goal to ensure that those programs and services meet, and exceed, your expectations.
When issues arise, whether on your property or on a City street, facility or green space, we encourage you to let us know about it so we can help solve the problem.
The most efficient way to inform us is with the Report An Issue feature on the home page of our website, www.MooseJaw.ca, or with the free City of Moose Jaw app. You’re able to include photos of the problem, and the request will go directly to the proper department. You can even opt in to receive notifications when we receive the request, and when the issue has been resolved.
If you have another type of inquiry, use the “Contact Us” link on the City’s website: https://moosejaw.ca/contact-us/ or call our switchboard at 306-694-4400.
City Hall is open to the public between 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday (except statutory holidays), and our switchboard is open from 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
