Job Description: As a Dump Truck Driver at DNM Contracting Ltd., you will play a crucial role in our operations by transporting materials and floating equipment to and from job sites. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of materials, maintaining the vehicle, and adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a dump truck and float equipment to various job sites.
Ensure the safe and timely delivery of materials.
Load and unload materials as required.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and other personnel.
Track timesheets and materials electronically.
Work in all weather conditions.
Qualifications:
Valid A-Z driver's license with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 years of experience driving dump trucks and floating equipment.
Knowledge of safe driving practices and regulations.
Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills.
Must provide an updated criminal record check.
Must be able to track timesheets and materials electronically.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
