Take notice that Town of Innisfil Staff are in the process of approving an application to remove the Holding (H) Symbol on 1341 Benson Street & 2163 Webster Boulevard (File No. D14-2025-005) in the area shown on the key map below (the R2, R3, RT and RA-5 Zones).
The purpose and effect of removing the Holding (H) Symbol is to allow building permits to be issued for the final approved and registered residential plan of subdivision on the subject lands. The applicable conditions to lift the Holding (H) Symbol are that a Certificate of Substantial completion of the Underground Works has been issued and a Subdivision Agreement has been entered into with the Town of Innisfil.
Lifting of the Holding Symbol is Staff delegated.
