General Labourer
This position primarily focuses on site clean-up, including sweeping work areas, removing packaging and debris from in and around the site, loading Zoom Boom bins, and sorting recyclables. The role may also involve assisting carpenters or other trades, unloading deliveries, and relocating materials around the site.
Wage: $23.25 - $24.25 per hour
Skilled Labourer
This role includes general site clean-up and equipment operation. Responsibilities involve removing packaging and debris from around the site, loading Zoom Boom bins, sorting recyclables, and occasionally supporting carpenters or other trades. It also requires operating small equipment such as a skid steer, mini excavator, and dump truck.
Wage: $26 - $28 per hour
Carpenter/Framer
Carpenters work on site doing framing and back-framing, installing temporary doors and railings and performing other carpentry needs on site.
Wage: $28 - $40 per hour
