Derek McRitchie is the 4th Generation in the Family Business which was established by the late Frank McRitchie in 1910. Derek has served as the president of the Moose Jaw Real Estate Board, awarded Best Realtor by The Times Herald 3 years in a row and was chosen for the top 40 under 40 by Discover Moose Jaw. Specializing in Commercial, Multi-Family & Residential Real Estate and General Insurance fields from Commercial to Residential. Derek is also a Notary Public, has his CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) designation in insurance as well as marketing and administration diploma's. Derek has always tried to keep the 110+ year old family brokerage ahead of the curve with technology that helps make life easy for his clients. Derek is a proud supporter of so many Moose Jaw and Sask organizations it is to much to list. Him and his wife Ashley have 3 boys and love spending time at Buffalo Pound Lake or the Family Farm!
