It might have taken an extra day to get things in motion thanks to forest fire smoke in the area, but the Moose Jaw high school track and field championship saw plenty of impressive results when things did get going Thursday.
A handful of new records were set despite the cool and breezy conditions, and athletes across all age groups booked their spots in the South Central District championship set for Wednesday, May 24 at Gutheridge Field.
