City to close Main Street on Saturday for Little Chicago Show and Shine

This is the second year for the Little Chicago Show and Shine car show. The first one was held in 2022 and attracted more than 200 vehicles and thousands of car enthusiasts.

MOOSE JAW — The City of Moose Jaw is advising that there will be a temporary road closure on Main Street North on Saturday, Sept. 14.

Main Street will be closed from Caribou Street to Manitoba Street, as well as the 0 block of High Street East and West for the Little Chicago Show and Shine from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Motorists are reminded that it is an offence to enter a work zone or any roadway that has been closed, either by driving around barricades/signage, or by moving barricades/signage. Driving a vehicle on a temporarily closed road and removal of signs or barricades are subject to fines under the City of Moose Jaw’s Traffic Bylaw No. 5556.

The city thanks motorists for their patience and apologizes for any inconvenience.
