UPDATE #1: As of 8 a.m., SaskPower reports works continues. Most customers have had their power restored, although some will remain without power until 12 p.m.
UPDATE #2: SaskPower reports all power has been restored, as of 12:32 p.m.
Residents on the city's northeast have been without power since the early hours of the morning.
SaskPower first tweeted about the outage at around 4:30 a.m. As of 5:21, they reported the cause is a broken pole due to accident. No time for restoration has been provided.
