Members of the Friends of the Forces Fellowship said goodbye and good luck to 15 Wing Commander Col. Jonathan Bouchard, left, and Wing Chief Warrant Officer Neil Thorne at a recent gathering of the Fellowship. They have been at 15 Wing for the past two years and will soon leave for new duties. Both thanked Fellowship members for their commitment to 15 Wing, military families and veterans.
