Friendly City Optimist Club installs new executive

Group raises funds for youth projects.

MOOSE JAW — The Friendly City Optimist Club held an Installation of its new executive Oct. 7.

Lt.-Gov. Carol Neutgens, from Wolf Point, Mont., conducted the ceremony.

The district for the Friendly City Optimist Club includes Alberta, Montana, Saskatchewan and Northern Wyoming (AMS and NE District). 

The organization’s motto is: “Friend of Youth.”  All money raised stays in Moose Jaw in support of youth projects.
