Travel advisories exist for highways in and around the Moose Jaw area, as some roads have warnings while others are closed completely.

Highway 1 directly east and west of Moose Jaw has winter conditions with icy or slippery sections and snow drifts, drifting snow and reduced visibility.

Meanwhile, travel is not recommended on Highway 1 from Chaplin to Swift Current since there are icy or slippery sections, roads are snow-packed, there are snow drifts, drifting snow and zero visibility.

Also, travel is not recommended from the junction at Highway 6 to Belle Plaine and to Regina since there are icy or slippery sections, loose snow, snow drifts, drifting snow and poor visibility.

Furthermore, travel is not recommended on Highway 2 north from Moose Jaw to Tuxford, nor on adjacent highways 301, 202 or 42, as there are icy or slippery sections, snow drifts, drifting snow and reduced visibility.

Meanwhile, Highway 2 south is closed from the junction at Highway 36 to 15 Wing Air Base access because the road is ice covered, snow packed, has snow drifts, has drifting snow and has poor visibility.
