Special Olympics Moose Jaw chapter will be hosting a fundraising on Saturday, March 23 which will aid in supporting local athletes and programs.
Join athletes, volunteers, parents and coaches for the inaugural Special Olympics, Moose Jaw Spring Pool Tournament!
Registrations for the event are ongoing up until the fundraiser. However, you can get early bird tickets until this Friday, March 1 with a discount of $10 per team if booked before then.
The fundraiser will be for the Moose Jaw chapter of Special Olympics with the proceeds going towards supporting local athletes and programs.
“We currently run six sports programs throughout the year with athletes age ranges between 5-75,” said the Special Olympics Moose Jaw Community Executive Committee.
The event is set to take place on Saturday March 23rd starting at 12 p.m. at Dooley's.
“We are currently engaged with local businesses for donations for prizes for teams and there will also be opportunities to purchase 50/50 tickets,” the Executive Committee said.
Registration forms can be filled out or dropped off at the event location - Dooly’s (1750 Main Street North). The 50/50 will be available to purchase on the day of the event.
