Man missing from hospital found

The man had left the hospital around 10 p.m. last night and was found earlier this morning

A team of searchers was able to quickly locate a missing person earlier this morning.

At 2 a.m. on Friday the Moose Jaw Police Service issued a press release requesting public assistance in locating a missing 86-year-old man. Calvin "Jim" Carter had left the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital around 10 p.m. last night and was said to possibly be confused or disoriented.

An extensive search of the area was conducted involving the MJPS, Moose Jaw Fire Department, RCMP, Search and Rescue, along with hospital staff and friends and family. 

Fortunately, Mr. Carter was located nearby and returned to the hospital in fair condition.
