Amateur thespians will soon have an opportunity to seize the spotlight.
Next week, the Moose Jaw Community Players will hold auditions for their annual Christmas dinner theatre production.
This year the MJCP will perform Paper Wheat, which was written by Saskatoon's 25th Street Theatre. It premiered in 1977.
Auditions will be held on Monday, September 2 and Tuesday, September 3 at the Cosmo Senior Citizen’s Centre (253 Third Ave. NE). Auditions will begin at 7 pm.
All ages and abilities are welcome. Actors should be prepared to sing a short piece of music.
