Want to learn more about the Moose Jaw Police Service? A special event next week will provide more information about the police and their role in our community.

The Moose Jaw Board of Police Commissioners will be hosting an open house-style event on Tuesday, May 7 at 9 a.m.

This will not be a typical meeting. Rather, the police will take this opportunity to discuss the services they provide in the community.

The event will provide an overview of the MJPS, with specific presentations related to:

  • priorities and initiatives
  • crime statistics
  • police and crisis team
  • the South Central Child Abuse/Investigation Team
  • the K-9 Unit.

The presentation will be held in south meeting room in the upstairs of the Moose Jaw Public Library. The open house is open to the public.
