MOOSE JAW - A CT-156 Harvard II training aircraft from 2 Canadian Forces Flying Training School at 15 Wing Moose Jaw will conduct a flyby over downtown Moose Jaw during Homestand '24 on Saturday, Sept. 7 around 5:30 p.m.
The aircraft will fly over Ross Wells Ballpark, where the concert is being held, at an altitude no lower than 500 feet above the highest obstacle on its route, the military said. Flypasts by RCAF aircraft are carefully planned and closely controlled for public safety and are dependent upon operations and flying conditions.
"15 Wing is proud to be involved in Moose Jaw events like Homestand '24, with flybys that allow us to demonstrate the capabilities of our personnel and aircraft to the local community," the military added.
