The fifth annual Transplant Trot is coming up on Sunday, May 19.
As April comes to a close, now is the perfect time to register for the annual event. Organ and tissue donation awareness has been at the forefront throughout the month, particularly due to Green Shirt Day on April 7 and National Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness Week (April 20-27).
Proceeds from the Transplant Trot will go to the Canadian Transplant Association.
You can participate in a 3 km walk, 5 km walk/run, or a 10 km run. This year's event will also feature a kid's carnival.
The run will be held at Sunningdale School, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
