Residents invited to attend police board meeting to learn about new crime data

The conference starts at 2 p.m. at the police headquarters.

On July 25, Statistics Canada’s Canadian Centre for Justice and Community Safety Statistics released its police report crime statistics in Canada for 2023.

The Moose Jaw Police Service and Moose Jaw Board of Police Commissioners would like to welcome members of the media and public to a news conference on Monday, July 29.

The news conference will be at the police service's multi-purpose classroom on the main floor of the MJPS Headquarters (21 Fairford Street West) and will begin at 2:00 p.m.

Police Chief Rick Bourassa and board chairwoman Crystal Froese will be presenting the contents of the report.

The media and the community are invited to attend the event.
