Stack, pack and bring me back to the Queen City Ex. Everything from riding the mid-way, playing games and listening to concerts to watching real rodeo cowboys, the Queen City Ex is full of excitement and fun for the entire family.
The exhibition will run from Friday, August 20 through to Sunday, August 22 and then again from Wednesday, August 25 through to Sunday, August 29, bringing this event to a full eight days of electric non-stop thrills.
Throughout the exhibition there will be lots of fun to be had. The Brandt Centre will host a petting zoo Aug 20 to 22. Every day in the Extreme Zone you can watch Twiggy the Squirrel, Extreme Dogs, and BMX Ride the Vibe.
On the Original 16 stage there will be lots of entertainment. The schedule is as follows:
- Children's entertainer Aaron Matthews, daily at 1 & 4 p.m.
- Hypnotist and comedian Tyzen, daily at 2 & 5 p.m.
- Magician and illusionist Sean Watson, daily at 3 & 6 p.m.
- August 20: Jojo Mason 8 to 9:15 p.m., Reklaws 9:45 to 11 p.m.
- August 21: The Watchmen 3 to 4:30 p.m., 54-40 9:45 to 11 p.m.
- August 22: Def3 8 to 9 p.m., The Halluci Nation, formerly Tribe Called Red 9:30 to 11 p.m.
- August 25: Tyler Shaw 8:15 to 9:15 p.m., Scott Helman 9:45 to 11 p.m.
- August 26: The Washboard Union 8 to 9:15 p.m., Hunter Brothers 9:45 to 11 p.m.
- August 27: K-OS 8 to 9:15 p.m., Sam Roberts Band 9:45 to 11 p.m.
- August 28: Wide Mouth Mason 8:15 to 9:15 p.m., The Trews 9:45 to 11 p.m.
- August 29: The Regina Symphony Orchestra and Fireworks, 8:30 to 10 p.m.
The Confederation Park will be home to the Mechanical Bull Dual Challenge. Come and try your hand at riding the bull. There will be five synchronized challenge levels, each more challenging than the last. This will run daily from 4 to 10 p.m.
The Pile O' Bones Rodeo will run on August 27 and 28 from 5 to 7 p.m. with roughstock and timed events.
The midway and concession will run from noon until midnight.
Doo Doo the clown will be roaming the grounds, so keep an eye out for him. Say hello and see what might happen next!

- Adult gate admission (ages 13 to 59) — $17 per person
- Seniors gate admission (aged 60 and over) — $10 per person
- Children gate admission (ages 7 to12) — $10 per person
- Children six and under are free
- Ride all day pass (gate admission not included) — $50
- Midway ride fast pass (gate admission not included; must be used with Daytripper or Ride all day pass) — $25
