With the wet, rainy conditions this past week, one popular Saturday event won't be able to run this weekend.
Wakamow's weekly Farmer's Market, typically held every Saturday from to 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., has been cancelled for Aug. 28.
Todd Johnson, general manager of the Wakamow Valley Authority, says the wet and muddy conditions prevent the market from going ahead this week.
Johnson adds the market should return next week as scheduled, weather permitting.
