It is with sadness the family announce the passing of Gary C. “Hos” Hoskins with his wife by his side on October 26, 2024, at the age of 76. Gary served in various disciplines during his distinguished 33 ½ year career with the RCMP. He was very proud of his career, and his coworkers held him in the highest regard. He loved gardening, fishing, travelling especially Jamica with his wife Doris, and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion.  Gary is predeceased by his parents, Len and Georgina Hoskins; sister, Elizabeth; grandson Tristan Snell; sister-in-law Denise Halliwell; brother-in-law Rene and his wife Lorraine Beauchesne. He will be sadly missed by his wife Doris; brothers Len and Robert; daughter Kim (Dave) Wilkinson; son Scott Hoskins and granddaughters Cayley and Jazzy and grandsons Kasen and Jaxon. The family would like to thank the physicians, nursing and dietary staff at the Dr .F.H. Wigmore Hospital on the medicine ward and A very, very special thank you to Julius (Gary called him “his little Philippino Boy) and his wife for being there when I needed them.

A Celebration of Gary’s life will take place on Saturday November 30, 2024, at 2:00pm at W. J. Jones & Son Chapel, 474 Hochelaga St W., Moose Jaw.
