ROBERTS, Elizabeth
It is with broken hearts, that we, the family announce the untimely passing of Liz, 61, at home surrounded by her loving family on October 27, 2019. Born in Sydney Mines, NS on June 27, 1958; she was the daughter of the late Jane H. Lettice and John James Roberts. Liz was incredibly proud of family moments with her children and grandchildren, having a good time with friends, and reminiscing on the biker days and toy drives for kids. Liz was predeceased by her beloved son, Christopher James Lohnes in December 1991 and her special nephew Jonathan O’Connor in November 2014. Liz (Beth) is survived by her daughter, Lisa Roberts (Anthony), Son, Patrick Lohnes, both of Moose Jaw and Richard, N.S. Grandchildren, Alexis, Ashton, Alyas, Zack, Piper and Christopher. Sisters, Brenda (Gordon) Gerrow, Debbie (Fred) Walls, Donna (Patrick) King and Tammy Robinson; sister in law, Erma as well as many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank her dear friend and caregiver, Augusta Tifenbach, who took such good care of Liz through her illness and being her best friend over the years. A Celebration of Elizabeth's Life will be held at Parkview Funeral Home, 474 Hochelaga St W, on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 1:30 PM with a lunch to follow at High Park Towers, 220 High Street East. Reverend Bob Langdon will officiate. For those so wishing, memorial donations may be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre St, Regina, SK S4P 2R3.
