One paving project has wrapped up, while another is just getting started.
The westbound lanes on Thatcher Drive from Ninth Ave. NE to Highland Road will be repaved. The road will be restricted to one lane throughout the duration of the project.
To accommodate this work, the entrance to Chester Road will be closed. Access to Murray GM and the Brick will be via Highland Road and McKenzie Lane.
The city expects the work to be completed by 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, weather permitting.
Meanwhile, paving of the eastbound lanes on Manitoba St. from First Ave. NW to First Ave. NE is now complete.
According to the city, work on the eastbound lanes from First Ave. NE to Third Ave. NE will be scheduled at a later date.
