BLACKLAWS
It is with heavy hearts we announce the untimely passing of Tre Alexander Blacklaws aged 17 years of Moose Jaw, SK – beloved son, brother, and friend to many.
Born in Moose Jaw, SK, on June 18th, 2007, to Keri and Terry Blacklaws, Tre was predeceased by his great-grandfather, Tom Wendzina; grandfather, Lorne Heron; great-uncle, Eddy Wendzina; and great-uncle, Bobby Calquhoun.
Despite bearing the weight of the world, Tre maintained a caring, compassionate outlook on life, and often tried to put his own struggles aside to help others with theirs. The love he had for his family was immense, as was theirs for him. He would go to great lengths to put a smile on others faces, often at his own expense. Since a very young age Tre struggled with his mental health but always lived life his way.
Tre will be remembered by his parents, Keri and Terry Blacklaws; brothers, Darian Gardner and Justin Gardner (Mercedes); nephew, Jacob; great-grandpa, George; grandma, Lynn Heron; grandparents, Suzy and Brian Blacklaws; grandma, Mickey Heron; uncle, Brian (Charity); cousins: Cayden, Rylan, Jordan, and Beau; aunties, Shawna Connolly and Tanya Connolly; cousin, Matt Connolly; as well as many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Moose Jaw Funeral Home with Pastor Marvin Seaborg officiating.
