MCCUBBING
Audrey McCubbing (née: Shepherd), born June 25th, 1924 in Port Clarence, County Durham, England was welcomed into the presence of her loving Lord Jesus on Wednesday, June 9th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Audrey was married to William George McCubbing on September 26th, 1944 and immigrated to Canada as a war bride in 1945. We will all miss her dearly, but we know she is where she longed to be, reunited with the love of her life and her saviour Jesus Christ.
She was predeceased by her parents, John (Jack) and Minnie Shepherd of Port Clarence, England; sister, Eileen (Roy) Howell; and brother-in-law, Jack Snowdon in England; and her loving husband, William George McCubbing; numerous brothers and sisters-in-law; and grandson, Tim Hall in Canada. Audrey leaves to mourn her passing: her sons, John (Karen) and Paul (Abby); daughter, Mary (Steve); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, one great-grandson and a baby girl on the horizon; as well as her sister, Freda Snowdon and family in England.
A Private Family Service will be held to honour Audrey.
